Elaine Belson Coaching
Embrace Your Humanity™ Coaching Framework
This Coaching Client Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Elaine Belson (“Coach”) and the undersigned client (“Client”).
By purchasing, scheduling, participating in, or otherwise agreeing to enter into coaching services with Elaine Belson, Client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

1. NATURE OF COACHING SERVICES
Coaching is a collaborative, goal-oriented process designed to support personal growth, self-awareness, decision-making, communication, emotional intelligence, leadership development, and behavior change.
Coaching may include discussion of habits, patterns, beliefs, relationships, values, mindset, boundaries, professional goals, and personal development.
Client understands that coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, mental health treatment, medical care, or crisis intervention.
Although Elaine Belson is a licensed clinical social worker, all coaching services provided under this Agreement are offered solely in a coaching capacity and do not establish a therapist-patient relationship.
____________________________________________________
2. COACHING IS NOT THERAPY

- Are not intended to diagnose or treat mental health disorders
- Do not include psychotherapy or clinical assessment
- Are not a substitute for mental health treatment, substance abuse treatment, or medical care

- Do not create a therapeutic or fiduciary relationship
If Coach determines that coaching is not appropriate for Client’s needs, Coach may recommend psychotherapy, medical care, or another professional resource.

Client acknowledges that coaching is a partnership and that Client is fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, wellbeing, and results.
Client understands that progress depends on many factors, including personal effort, readiness for change, follow-through, circumstances, and participation in the coaching process.
Coach does not guarantee specific outcomes, achievements, financial results, relationship outcomes, or personal transformations.
