About Elaine
Elaine Belson is a mindset and emotional wellness coach known for helping women shift out of automatic negative thinking and into calmer, more constructive inner dialogue. As a licensed therapist with decades of experience in human behavior, emotional patterns, and communication, she blends her clinical insight with the practical, forward-moving tools of coaching.
Her approach is simple: compassionate guidance, down-to-earth strategies, and support that meets you exactly where you are. Elaine teaches women how to manage emotional overload, set healthy boundaries, and build a more supportive relationship with themselves so they can move through life feeling calmer, more confident, and more in control.
Elaine Belson has 30 years combined clinical, military, political and teaching experience. She has worked in a variety of settings, including private practice, community agencies, and hospitals.
At the age of 42, Ms. Belson joined the US Army as a Social Work Officer, handling domestic violence cases and teaching anger management to Soldiers. She deployed to Afghanistan, where she provided outpatient services and served as XO for Medical Command.
In addition to private practice, Ms. Belson has served on several advisory boards, taught psychology at the college level, and held several legislative positions in Washington, DC.
I'm passionate about helping women approach themselves with the same compassion, curiosity, and respect they so freely give to others.
